Dear Illmatic family, We have come a long way now even when we know some of you just recently joined or it hasn't even been a few months for you yet, but nevertheless we appreciate every single one of you. We never thought Illmatic would make it another year and this would have not been possible without any of you, really. We really want to thank those who made all the newbies feel welcome in our family, but also the people who showed up for every event we had this year, and not to forget a lot of you who still roleplay and make the first step to ask others to plot. Yes that too is important right? We can't forget why we here except from making friends in the lounge. We’re grateful to see how big of a roleplay we still are (not as in quantity but in quality), yet we're such a genuine, and REAL family who don’t mind to speak what’s on their mind. Today is Christmas and we never really do these things so when we actually do open our wallet to spend money you gotta know it's genuine. We got everyone two tickets to Everland Seoul and a Polaroid camera. It would be nice if you all reached out to a person and take them with you. Use it in a way to roleplay and mingle. 2018 will be a new year for new memories and only YOU can make that happen. If anybody ever said we were a clique or something that's a gross understatement and lowkey some shady insult. We a family here and us, we sisters. Most of my friends are guys and it seems like I'm not even cool with girls or something so many times it's a flop #wastehertime2k17. You guys were the change to that and like not just one friend but a team and nobody stepping on each other shoes nobody leaving each other out. When you gone I miss you guys, if you upset I kinda feel wary. If somebody was rude to you I'm ready to throw hands even though you guys can handle yourself so I'll just sit pretty until then. UNLESS you not around then time to correct them proper. It's nice to have friends, it's good to have guy friends as a girl but it's SO IMPORTANT to have girl friends. Hyojung was born and raised in Incheon, She and her sister never got to know their mother. They lived with their father, a single parent. Both girls went to elementary and high school together. They didn't have a huge age gap. Hyojung was 18 when her older sister was 20 when college came around. They planned on starting a business together and both agreed studying Business and Economics. It was until Junior year for Hyojung's sister to take another turn and started hanging out with infamous underground rappers. She was praised as a vixen as they took advantage of her. Hyojung's sister unexpectedly dropped out of college as Hyojung herself had then started her freshman year. She was also forced to drop out due to her father's health. After her father heard about the news of his daughter dropping out, he got very ill. Hyojung took the responsibility to take care of him. They didn't have other family, or not that Hyojung knew. After a year, Hyojung's father kicked his oldest daughter out of the house. Hyojung hasn't heard of her sister ever since. For years now, she hasn't been back to college. She didn't see the reason why. She had done multiple jobs over the years, saving the money for in the future. She had no idea what to do with it yet, but she knew she could make good use of it when the time comes. Fast forward a year later, Hyojung's dad got married to a new woman. That's when Hyojung's dad adviced her she need to go back to college. He feared she would end up like her sister and use the wrong assets to make money. Hyojung wasn't quite sure she felt comfortable being a 22 year old and going back to college only to start over, but she did it for her dad. This time she took a major that she was more interested in after her work experience at a television network. She enjoyed working behind the scenes, literally anything involved with entertainment. And so did Hyojung enroll into college, studying arts and entertainment management.
