Born to an aerospace engineer, and NIS agent (korean equivalent to the fbi), jennie had an interesting life, to say the least.
Her parents basically let jennie's nanny raise her, and left her to her own devices in their large house. for all of elementary, jennie was schooled at home by a private tutor, and was mostly attached to her paternal grandfather, who was also the owner of a large hotel chain business.
jennie's parents were never home, and when they were, they were always fighting. it took her many years to understand and figure out why, it wasn't until she was 13 and walking home from middle school, that she finally knew. she saw her mother kissing another man in a sleek black bmw, and knew then that her mother had been having an affair for possibly the last 10 years. she also knew then, that her parents were only together for her sake, which was really the only act that showed they cared at all.
her relationship with her mother was the worse, her mother was controlling, and a perfectionist who was never pleased or satisfied with her daughter, who's best was never enough. her mother wanted her to be an engineer like her father, and no other career was even an option for her daughter.
at the very least, jennie was very good at mathematics, science, and the other school subjects. though her weakness was in athletics, and art/music. though she was top of her class in middle school, and was a straight a student, it still wasn't satisfying enough for her mother. once it was time to go to high school, her mother enrolled her in Dalyong academy, and had her enrolled in all their math, science, and computer classes, to prep her for her college major in engineering.
it wasn't until her sophomore year that jennie figured out what she wanted to do with her life...she wanted to do something in the medical field, though she didn't dare tell her mother, ever. Jennie is also apart of the in crowd, of the in crowd at the school, though she doesn't participate in their bullying antics and rarely goes to their wild parties. she simply knew that the best way to survive and have an easy ride, was to be on their good side, so she faked it till she made it.
that was the thing about her, she was the type of person who trusted no one, and did whatever it took to succeed and survive, regardless of rules. she always calculated every risk and situation. she wasn't a fighter, a leader, or a lover, and she definitely wasn't a follower. she was just a survivor.

uh yes hello, i am admin buddha, i am the mun for jennie here. my timezone is gmt - 8, and i do in fact go to university so i can be busy sometimes. even so though, i'd say i am a fairly fast replyer since i am always on mobile. all povs are fine with me, and i love plotting and winging, so feel free to hmu or drop a random starter.
