Zack was born and raised right here in Seoul. His mother passed away due to cancer when he was just 6 years old. His father threw himself into his job as an architect, coping with the grief the only way he could manage. Because of this, he had a hard time bonding with Zack. Zack was raised from that point by a series of nannies while his father’s job carried him around the world. Zack never really had a hard time with it, he just knew his dad was busy and the nannies and staff around the house were just like a family for him as well. He had plenty of friends all through school, he was intelligent, funny and caring.
When, after two years absence, his father returned from the U.S. engaged and with the woman and her daughter in tow, Zack thought he was a lovestruck fool enchanted by a gold digger. Leigh-Anne and her daughter, Mia, won him over surprisingly quick however. Zack aspired to own his own business like his father, and after graduating college two years ago, he did just that, travelling frequently for work. After he learned of what happened to Mia, he’s made the decision to put down roots in Seoul so he can be closer to her.
