the reason why I need to know who can participate or not on the event is so I can list the participants, firstly.
This is how the event will go:
-I will list the names of the participants and post it on or before November 1.
-From there, you can choose (secretly and silently ><) your victim. There should be a one-to-one correspondence. To ensure that, each of us will comment the first letter of the victim we chose. I will make a room for the event and post there the list and some updates.
-Viola, you know how to do the rest~! (refer to the first announcement ^^)
