I am thinking of making some people class presidents and a student council~ Would anyone from the 4th year be interested in being the class president of your class? You won't have any responsibilities except greeting the new students in your year which you will be notified by me through PM. That is all, and student council members like the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, will all be the ones who ask what some people would like as activities and other things~ This is just an idea, I haven't talked it all out with Admin Luhan yet, I just wanted an opinion on if this is a good idea or not~ Just comment down "(character Name) has read this and I think (opinion on idea here)"
