New roleplayrepublic feature: Unread icon in rooms

Hi guys!

Nichiren just pushed out the new feature for unread icon in rooms. This will only work if you've VISITED the room as of about an hour before I post this announcement. For example, if you've visited all of the OOC room after this, the next time you log on, if there are new posts in those rooms since the last time you checked, there will be a little "msg" icon. however, someone may post in the "junior trainees" dorm room, and you won't see a new msg icon since you haven't visited that room after the new feature was implemented. (The unread posts icon will always be orange regardless of the room name color at the time.)

Please pay attention to Unread icons in all admin function rooms such as notification, bulletin board, projects, etc! Other than that, it should be helpful to keep track of roleplay replies and find active rooms even past the 5 minute mark!
