✘ Hey everyone! This is our first announcement!
I just wanted to personally thank you all for staying with us this long, and helping the roleplay grow as big as it’s getting. It’s not only the activeness, but seeing people ask around to roleplay with others, and all of the creative profiles I have witness – makes me and my co-admins proud. We couldn’t be happier. We have so much in store for you all, and we hope that we don’t disappoint at all!
To those who have been wondering and asking, yes, this roleplay is the sister roleplay of my old School AU, Rise! It's great to have it back, even though there's a huge twist, haha, but I can't wait to show you all what we have planned!
I’m making this announcement to touch base with a few things that will be happening, and some reminders! ✘
⎾⏌ THINGS THAT YOU WILL SEE IN THE FUTURE!
- Events! We will be having plenty of events, to be more exact. First event is right around the corner, so please do be on the lookout for hints and announcements being made by the admins! These events will sometimes be OOC, and sometimes deal with IC. OOC = OUT OF CHARACTER. IC = IN CHARACTER. For those of you who don’t know. We want to mix everything up, and make sure everyone feels comfortable and have fun.
- Class discussions will be coming soon! We will be having clubs and rooms that list and tells the students which teachers they will be assigned to. Class discussions/debates will count as grade points, and points needed for your character. Everyone must participate! If you don't, dun dun dun dun. Haha, kidding, but once everything gets started, you will have a report of your grades for every class debate and activity we do. The only way you can get bad grades is if you don't participate, or don't show up. Same with teachers, you will be getting graded for how you lead your class and make sure others are participating. The topics for the first few times won't be hard, most will deal with the majors everyone picked and some of them will be about the world or popular topics. Some of the pairings may be random as well, you never know. But more information will be provided later. TEACHERS, IN ORDER TO GET YOUR HOME ROOM SET UP CLICK < HERE >.
- Yes, I know. We all hate them, and some of us love them. Group projects will be coming soon! Pairings will be random, and assignments will be given to you by the main admin with input from your teachers and even staff. We want everyone to be included. You must all work together in order to get these assignments completed. This should be a group effort, bonding experience – not one person do all the work ( we will know, since we’ll be asking about how the project went ). Be on the look out for those too!
- Talent shows! Yes, we will be having talent shows. This will all be in works, but be on the lookout for more information.
- College Yearbooks! Won’t say too much about this because I don’t want to spoil anything, but yearbooks are coming. Interviews will be held, pictures will be taken, so stick around to hear more about this!
- We will be having class votes for Student of the Month ( both male and female ), Teacher of the Month ( both male and female ), and other awards for our students, staff, and teachers!
- We have... /drum walls. Dorms! All the students wanting to sign up for dorms. Click here or the picture below!
We hope to have you here to experience these beautiful events that will bring us together.
⎾⏌ THINGS WE NEED TO REMEMBER!
1. This roleplay is not NONAU, we’re AU. Meaning, please plot before you post random starters. Some people don’t reply to those, since it makes it hard for the plot to go anywhere, or for anyone to randomly know your character, lol. So yes, plotting is the best option to do! And we’re not idols!
2. We ask that you have your profile up, so people can know more about your character. It doesn’t have to be fancy at all, just have the basics up.
3. Please be respectful, and watch the way you speak to the admins, and the roleplayers. Certain things might be seen as a joke to you, but know that it can come off as something else to others. There’s no need to call each other names, or put someone down if you don’t believe what they’re saying to you. That’s not right. And again, please be respectful to everyone, including the admins. We’re here to help you, so don’t be disrespectful or give us attitude for no reason. It’s not needed, and you’re bringing the mood down for doing so.
4. If you wish to help out with advertising, please message the main admin ( Lauren ) and I will send you the advertisement link! You will receive 70 points for doing this! Make sure you follow the rules on people's profiles, and be respectful still.
5. Being active is a big thing! Some of you still have 0 points ( this is to the ones who have been here over one day, not the newer members ) and have ignored the admins that have welcomed you and posted elsewhere. Which is okay, but please don't go saying you were never welcomed because you were tagged. Guys, when we do get people, please do feel free to help welcome them! I noticed a few of you doing that, which makes me happy! Don't be afraid to ask people around to roleplay, guys. We already have over 30 people in the roleplay. All with incredible, beautiful, plots and backgrounds. So many plots you can come up with and help you with your character progression, and writing if you want. Don't be afraid to plot with the opposite either, we're not asking you guys to get married or anything along those lines lol! Don't be afraid to ask the admins, we're always open to roleplaying. There's so much you can do though. Even down to our "Fun" room. We could even get a game of Mafia playing if you guys want, but there's so much you can do!
