hi, hello, people of cherish high. first of all, thank you so much for joining. i couldn't be more happier seeing the reception the school has been receiving. i apologize for my inactivity nowadays and the slow progress on everything in cherish high. i really hope i can make it up to you all!
as i had mentioned, i'll be explaining the subjects for students in each year level, which include cores and electives and their majors. the electives will be added once we receive more students and teachers in the future.
core subjects are the subjects every student must take. there are six subjects in total: english, mathematics, science, social studies, physical education and ethics.
everyone will be divided into classes, according to the major they chose. there'd be four majors, at the moment, which are science, art and literature. don't worry, there'd be branches for specific majors, like arts.
for the science majors, you have to take these three subjects, which will eventually be your cores: chemistry, physics and biology.
for the art majors, there are four available elective subjects for now, which are media, film and television, music, dance and drama. there will be a class for each branch. you can take a maximum of two subjects out of the four.
for the literature majors, there will be two elective subjects, which are creative writing and english language arts. you can take both subjects or either one.
last but never least, classes will begin once we have more than twenty people and enough teachers. everyone can break the ice and socialize while we wait!
if you have read the announcement, for the students, you can comment your name with your major (choose wisely!) or you can go as an undecided major, meaning you will only take the core subjects for the time being. for the teachers, you can comment your name with your subject(s).
