Happy New Year everyone! I hope you’ve all had a wonderful winter break, and amazing holidays if you do celebrate them. Now let’s get serious for a moment. Prelude hasn’t been doing so well, and a lot of people have been going inactive. I know you guys will read this so COMMENT BELOW WHETHER OR NOT YOU ARE STAYING. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING KICKED OUT. I know some people are probably busy, so you have untilJANUARY 12TH,which is NEXT FRIDAY.Please make sure you comment below.
And now for the biggest announcement yet
IN 5 DAYS, ON JANUARY 8TH, PRELUDE WILL HAVE ITS 2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!! 2 years is a long time, so this calls for a big celebration. I’d like to hold at least 2 events.
One event is going to be Neon Ice Skating - Self explanatory, really. Grab your friends or your lover, slip on some skates, and hit the ice. Everything will be neon colored, which will include black lighting. Sounds cool, right? This event will open on January 7th, the day before our 2 year anniversary.
Our second event is going to be The Wall of Prelude. I’ll be putting up a padlet where you can share fond memories that you have here, and any special messages you have. Even if it’s just a simple “Woohyun is gr8 kbye” (Pmsl I’m shameless tbh), I’d like for everyone to at least share something. I think this will be a great way of honoring prelude. This event, of course, will take place on January 8th.
Now, the last time we had an event, it was a total bomb and I was honestly upset. This is a huge milestone for us, even if you haven’t been here throughout the entire two years, even if you’ve only been here for a week or a month or so, you’re still part of our family. You’re the reason we’re still here after all this time. You’re the reason why we’re even celebrating, so you should be proud. You should be honored to be celebrating this huge milestone with everyone. I know I am.
