Description:
This is a roleplay based off the universe of Avatar the Last Airbender and Kora as well. This roleplay is an AU RP. The types of bending that will be allowed is Firebending, Earthbending, Airbending, Sandbending, Waterbending, and Metalbending, Bloodbending, (Spiritbending will be added later on.)
A war is amongst us. The once peaceful coexisting nations will be thrown into chaos. The beautiful land around them will burn. Trust and peace treaties will be broke. Benders of the world will revolt against each other, sub factions within the bending world will change. Five young brave leaders will rise up and lead their faction into battle. The question is not: who will win. But rather the question is: whose side are you on?
Their territories are split around the world with them each having special areas where they shine the most.
FACTIONS AND CITIZENS:
°The Lotus Faction is a Democratic Republic nation that resides in Japan and consists of waterbenders and bloodbenders only. There are similarities to Aquato Faction that also consists of waterbenders, however, Aquato people cannot bloodbend and Lotus people cannot use ice manipulation. The Lotus Faction is considered the "lone wolf" amongst the five nations and has a habit to revolt and rebel against others. They deem everyone their enemies with the exception of the Root Faction. They are not allies, however they are on neutral terms as of right now.
°The Sky Faction is one that revolves around elegance and a peaceful sort of freedom. They reside in Italy and are more of a monarchical society that doesn't depend on power or force to rule its people. They are a very go with the flow kind of people, relying on the wind as their guide, and they are very in tune with their spiritual side. Violence is heavily shunned and not permitted within the borders of the Sky Faction unless absolutely necessary.
°The Rooted Faction is more or less like the Sky Faction. They hold their own with elegance and grace, however, they are not immuned to violence and war. This nation leads with an iron fist, meaning do not cross them. They do not fear war and they do not simply cower. They are a monarch under the rule of the newly crowned Queen, Chaeyoung. The former King, her father, fell ill and died from infected wounds from battling off invaders. They coexist with all nations, though they keep a close eye on the Fire Faction not trusting them any more than they trust the Lotus Faction.
°The Fuma Faction are sensible and ambitious with a nasty temper if you can get them to that point. They think with their heads first before their fists. Only those with enough discipline can learn the lightningbending techniques as it can kill the user as easily as it can kill the target. Their homeland is Chile where it is hot enough to start a fire with a snap of the fingers. They are sociable and community based and the new leader, Lord Dahye, plans on making some forward steps into a new era.
°The Aquato Faction people are quite unpredictable. They can come off as moody and bipolar. Much like the Lotus Faction, they are isolated in their home land Russia. They're far more sociable however, and live their lives striving to be better than everyone else. That in itself makes them dangerous and a threat to all other nations on top of being extremely temperamental, ranging from cold and distant or loving and kindhearted. There's no in between. This nation consists of waterbenders and ice manipulation.
°Regular citizens have no bending skills whatsoever and cannot ever have bending skills. They are the people that each nation tries to protect, after all their bending skills main purpose is for protecting those who cannot protect themselves.
