i'm making this announcement to go over some things, not only i have noticed, but some others have noticed too. And after having talked with these people a bit, i need to address some things regarding chats and such.

1st thing : the main chat is rated for cursing and the occasional adult topic(s), but i've noticed it's being used as an all around chat, meaning i'm seeing ooc talk, extreme rated talk, and a regular chat. Now, ooc talk needs to be at a minimum in the ic chat- i wasn't strict on it before, because even i fall outta line and use ooc there. i'll go over these in their own separate catagories.

2nd : I have made an OOC room for y'all so you can redirect your out of character chats there. I do have a few people who said they were willing to help me moderate the chats (mainly for when i'm not around to see) so chats are redirected to where they need to be. /IF/ you're going to use ooc in the main chat, from here on out, please use brackets or some form of way of showing the statement is OOC.

3rd : Rated talk. Rated talk such as anything above cursing, saying pp, tiddies (bewbs) etc, needs to be directed to the Hot Pot room. That room is to ensure these topics aren't making anyone uncomfortable in the main chat room. The main rule in the ic chat is to be mindful of others. Even though half the chat is in on the convo, doesn't mean everyone is. So please please please be mindful of those around you and take any x/r rated topics to the Hot Pot room. 

4th : Crack and memes. I understand we all have our friends and such- but the crack and the meme usage needs to be brought down a little bit- there's been times even i walked into the main chat and been flooded with memes, emojis, and just talk i could not follow. While yes, i understand there's a secondary chat to move to for the when the main is too active, but i want everyone who wants to be in the main chat, to be able to talk in there without getting drowned or flooded with memes and emojis from other people's convos. This also ties in to being mindful of others. YES, i do know realize that even i use memes, and i will take this into account from here on out and dull it down a bit starting now.

LASTLY : i am perhaps looking for a 2nd co-admin to help me out a bit with moderating. We kinda also need to be on the same page with how we want things done and such. Must be active and fairly friendly so everyone feels at home and welcomed. This isn't really a necessity right now, but i kinda need an extra helping hand since most people are active during the day time for me, and i'm the only admin active at these times when everyone else is.
