Alright, so most people said that they should age, so how's this:
January: Toddlers/Children so ages 3-12
February: Teens so ages 13-18
March and so on: Adults
Comment when you want your character to have their coming-of-age celebration (18th birthday).
Remember, it has to be during the last few weeks of February.
