Welcome to the city that never sleeps, seoul, south korea. here lives some dangerous and sketchy people that are part of some dangerous gangs. The Seven Stars is the largest and most powerful gang there is. they are not all to violent and are friendly towards everyone unless they start an issue. They often communicate well with there civilains and help with what they can as long as they get paid back. They own the moonlight strip club were most of their deals take place. They are known for trafficking, dealing drugs, and dealing with the largest companies controling everything that is being brought in and out of the city.
The double dragons is the second known gang not as big as the seven stars but are still up there. The double dragons are much more violent and forceful. they set deadlines and if they arent met they are not affraid to barge into a shop and destroy it. They are not afraid to take people from there homes and holding them hostage until they ge what they want. This causes civilains to try to hide way and often times some end up moving out to the seven stars. Though no matter how much they try they can never over come the seven stars and can never get ahead causing there to be constant fights. Double Dragons are known for drug dealing, weapon trafficking, and are loan sharks. They run the Dragon night club.
