curious | rp ideas

just curious if anyone would be interested in a cinematic based universe for comic heroes. i know a lot of people feel pressured when they see marvel or dc based roleplays because they haven't read the comics, so if there was the option of a roleplay where it was based on the cinematic universes but not strictly kept to that (i.e. you can still take characters from separate shows or comics if you have read them) would people actually want this? it'd have some regulations and rules, like yes please keep your character to what we've seen in their canon so far, but you could take them from different timelines if you would want to, for example taking bucky from the winter soldier before he's had time to resolve things with cap, meaning you could rp that out for yourselves and maybe take him down another route.

if people still aren't comfortable with that, then i was thinking of another idea where you can take idols as face claims and base them on a comic/film hero? for example, taking bts' jungkook and making him shazam or hyuna into catwoman these would more likely be descendants of the original heroes you'd base them on and would allow more freedom for you to make up their background etc. as long as it links up to their ancestor and original hero somehow.

third option would be a multiuniverse roleplay. so you take characters from your favourite shows, books, films etc. and bring them into this one world. so you could have someone like... aang from avatar meeting korra. or more outlandishly, have someone like harley quinn meet up with mcu loki or even percy jackson meeting kratos from god of war.

would anyone be interested in any of these things? if so let me know. i already have a marvel vs dc roleplay up which allows for you to take any character from either universe from whatever media you want. for example i roleplay superman from the man of steel film. none of these ideas or roleplays require you to actually read comics! i've noticed a lot of people just read dc or marvel in a title and assume its comic based or that you need some extensive knowledge of it. but its not, i don't want people to be stressed out. if you have or do still read the comics then kudos, hit me up and tell me about it. honestly i'd like to just see some ideas like these out there and getting people hyped up about our heroes and anti-heroes and even villains.

p.s i know a lot of places are suffering with the heat right now so please, please be careful and if you're on the flip side where you're having floods and stuff, i'm keeping you in my thoughts and hoping you guys are alright. remember to keep hydrated too and an eye on the news/weather reports.
