here are some rules regarding characters:
2nd characters are allowed, however, they are not free. upon joining the actual rp, the guidelines will be clearer. you can reserve only one character.
however, admins are allowed a free second character. if you sign up to be an admin, here are some slots i would like to have filled:
- asia timezone
- european timezone
- coder (or just someone who knows what's going on if i up a layout)
- someone creative with events
- someone good at editing layouts
