spirals. a town wherein people are unable to leave by any means. such an act befalls the involved people a kind of unspoken peril. plot and character driven, spirals welcomes you into its arms of menace and uncertainty. each chapter of your life follows through the storyline of this town. how will you keep up?
based off of junji ito's uzumaki, spirals revolves around a town haunted by the mystery of this enchanting shape, this mind-boggling form. its townsfolk doesn't seem to find anything strange, but the town is plagued by whirlwinds and disaster, all at the hands of the spiral. reading the manga is not necessary, but we suggest doing so in order to get a gist of the overall plot.
the premise of the roleplay would be one big novel in which each chapter will have a theme either concurrent or differing from the previous plot. events shall take place during each chapter in which roleplayers are encouraged to participate in. death and other heavy themes will play a role in the roleplay, such actions of your character will be dictated by a dice roll. however other plots irrelevant to the major plot may take place in other rooms.
