Dear Residents of the New Empire,

 

The King of Dracul, has resigned from his place on the throne.  Due to this decision, Crowned Prince Taehyung Dracul shall become the new leader of the coven. A new King will rise. 

 

As a way to celebrate, we shall be opening up St. Petersburg for the months of July and August to all. Humans and vampires alike will be able to roam the streets of the city without a cerfew. (Blood Bank Residents still need a chaperone, whether it be a vampire or a trustworthy courtier). 

 

A nightmarket with plenty of goods and shops shall open this coming weekend for the enjoyment of you all. 

On the weekend of July 17th, a match-making event shall start. This will be at no costs to you and all are welcome to join! (Even those in the Blood Bank, warning, you may be matched with a courtier or a vampire) A room will be provided for your stay during this event.
