This is the recipe for my Sleepy Time Drink. Which my family absolutely loves~!

Since this is before bed the ingredients are on a low scale for a singular person.

Ingredients:
4oz. Vanilla Almond Milk or Regular Milk (almond milk is known to help you sleep)
1 teaspoon (per 4 oz milk) lavender buds (not essential oil)
Dash of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: Turmeric, helps immune system and to sleep

Directions:

  1. Heat milk in pot till it is lightly bubbling around the edge. Turn off heat
  2. Add in lavender, cinnamon, and vanilla; stir
  3. Cover with lid and let sit for about 3-5 minutes
  4. Use a fine mesh strainer to strain out the lavender buds; do this into a bowl or your mug
  5. Ta-Da! Sleepy Time Drink!
