How about a Victorian city au with some fantasy elements?
It would be based in and around Victorian era London and the fantasy element would be some supernatural races that exist but are working to keep their existence unknown to the various humans that they co-exist with.
If you're interested AND would like to control an organisation (police, Scotland yard, protest group, street gang etc) in it, let me know that you'd be up for being a co-admin
