Fire: Fire isn't considered the most lethal element but it is noted as being the most unruly. Fires nature causes it to spread rapidly and as such it is known that most Fire elementalists and spirits will lose control of the Fire once it touches a flammable surface. High level elementalists (1000+ points) and mid-level spirits (500+ points) are able to control their Fire much better.
Fire Spirits can be: Dragons, Ifrits, Phoenixes, Hellhounds etc

Earth: Earth is an element that can be used for mass destruction while also used for creation. It is an element that requires a certain level of stability and groundedness to be able to control. With the right level of control, you can create beautiful things, but in the wrong hands, it could offset the delicate balance of the world.
Earth Spirits can be: Nymphs, Giants, Dwarves, some Faeries

Water: Water is an element that is often seen as beautiful and serene, however once a storm is around, you'll see just how turbulent and dangerous water can really be. Water is very much tied to ones emotions and as such, it requires a level of stability and levelheadedness to control it. In the right hands it's beautiful and the giver of life, but in the wrong hands water is incredibly deadly...
Water Spirits can be: Mermaids, Nymphs, Kelpies, Selkies etc

Air: When controlled properly, air is known to be one of the most dangerous elements to life. It is easier to keep control of air and with air being required by all fauna, in the hands of the wrong person air can be an effective way to torture and kill. A high level elementalist (1000+ points) and mid-level spirit (500+ points) can have the strength and power to pull the air out from a persons lungs, effectively suffocating them.

Light: Light, the twin element of shadow, is part of an odd duo. It doesn't have a tangible form and even when the most power is put into it, it is impossible to feel it. Instead light is usually used to bring light to an area, and blind potential threats. A high level elementalist (1000+ points) or mid level spirit (500+ points) can use their light abilities to heal others.
Light Spirits can be: Elves, Angels, most Faeries, Will-o'-the-Wisps etc

Shadow: Shadow, the twin element of light, is part of an odd duo. It doesn't have a tangible form and even when the most power is put into it, it is impossible to feel it. Instead shadow is usually used to conceal things from the eye and blind potential threats. A high level elementalist (1000+ points) or mid level spirit (500+ points), can use their shadow abilities to become invisible.
Shadow Spirits can be: Ghosts, Wendigos, Vampires, Werewolves etc

Electricities nature causes it to spread rapidly and as such it is known that most Electricity elementalists and spirits will lose control of the electricity once it touches a conductive surface. Psychic: When controlled properly, psychic abilities are known to be one of the most dangerous elements. It is easier to keep control of psychic abilities and with all fauna having a mind, in the hands of the wrong person psychic abilities can be an effective way to torture and kill. A high level elementalist (1000+ points) or mid level spirit (500+ points) can have the power to completely invade someone's mind in order to inflict vast amounts of psychological damage.
Psychic Spirits can be: Incubi/Succubi, Carbuncle, Sandmen, Demons etc
