I guess it may only show up for admins and co-admins? But I literally don't have the slightest clue what it does? Does anyone know?

it retains their posts within the rp, as well as their application form amongst many others so that if you were to reactivate them, everything would remain as they are as opposed to deleting which wipes out the chara's existence entirely
