Just like being the first child, you had the misfortune of being born earlier than the rest of your group mates. Sometimes you’re not even the oldest, but you’re chosen to represent the group as the leader. That means that you're responsible for your group, even if it means taking crap from the manager for something someone else did. You may not even be the best speaker but you're the one who has to list off all the trainers, managers, and CEOs when you win an award. It's also your job to start off your group's introduction, so it's totally worth the stress and responsibilities. Right?
