One year ago today, the ground I stood on threatened to give. Today, one year to the day after that overwhelming pain consumed me, The ground is finally crumbling. And I'm too tired to run to safety anymore.

This is a list of the people in my life who have died in the last year.

I've been in the hospital more than once in this time because there's something about the pain that I just can't take.

Tonight, I feel more broken than I ever have.

I don't know what to do.

You really can't know what to do in these situations. Just remain calm, hm? One day, everything will be okay.
Just don't do anything rash. Don't think about suicide or anything dark. They are, indeed, in a better place, I like to presume.
