There is so much emotion how I feel towards the case of Yoochun and the four victims. Everyone by now should know about this since there are a lot of people in blog posting about their feelings towards Yoochun. But some of you may not know who he is or what is happening. So I'll tell you..
Case: Recently, Ms. "A," 24 year old victim's boyfriend accused of Park Yoochun in ually assaulting her in the bathroom at an adult entertainment bar (club), but then later on she dropped the case because she was afraid to deal with the legal process of happening because Yoochun is an idol with legal powers. Then suddenly 3 more victims began to come in and file the same accusation of being ual assault at the different time and place (similarly at the adult entertainment bar bathrooms). Some went far to June 2014 and December 2015. One of the victim stated that after being assaulted he locked her up. (Resource: soompi) Based on Reddit, on June 18, police department found a male DNA on the first victim's underwear and will be matching Yoochun's DNA
C-Jes Solution: As a growing company with power, the company defends Park Yoochun in proving his innocence. To an extend, they are filing a complaint on false accusations on three-four victims had caused. As for Yoochun, they say that if the police department find him guilty he will retire from entertainment for good.
"Mafia's" (Group of Fans [not the whole fandom!]) Reaction: Group of people who are fans of Park Yoochun, reacted negatively towards the accusers. Apparently they went to a woman and have done bad things to her and accusing her as the victim.
Other FANDOMS Reaction: They didn't really react to the information of Yoochun's case but the fact they focus on the group of people that were his fans ape because they accused the wrong woman. The fact that Cassies are the original crazies and what not... I mean they did react the same way as the original fans would react to: surprised, disappointed etc.
But it feels like the fan things are pinpointing at the Cassies as a whole fandom gone doof rather than the case. Why hurt the fandom when it's already hurting from different STANS and what not. Fandoms are pinpointing so much of Cassies' fault, but there are another of fans who are not involve with this negative matter...But thats another rant to start later.
Phew that's a lot of information I had gathered and I know it's not a lot of resources to go further but this is just basic information. Now it's my turn to rant over if this whole case and the whole commotion and if Yoochun should be find guilty or not guilty.
Response to Yoochun's Guilty or Not Guilty
[Logically/Realistically]: We have to wait and see. None of us are the primary resource to know either he is guilty or not and even if we can, the information we got is barely the juicy stuff. Don't start defending or start accusing. Just be patient and stay neutral. Yet no matter what happens of being patient, it's the fact that Yoochun will lose all the support that he had been working so hard on. The fact that fans doubted him without giving him a second/third chance to hear him out. But not only just Yoochun, it's the fact that maybe fans as a whole would decrease in stopping being a 'fan' or prevent new ones become a 'fan' because of this scandal...JYJ or DBSK or TVXQ at that. STANS or not STANS. This will hurt a lot of Cassies.
[Emotionally]: DBSK is my ultimate band I've been supporting them for almost 4 years now, and even if they broke up before that, I love them. Each and everyone of them. To hear that Yoochun is being accused of ual assault, in my heart I want to say he is innocent because there isn't much of scandals that were mostly true. Including the fact now there is a lot of people seeing him negatively, he needs support! Yoochun always portray himself as a funny goofball who likes to mess around with people when he wants to (Chun troll/chun face). He is a hardworking man who express his emotions by crying in camera when he feels proud/sad, and there are moments where he'd go serious with his composing/singing/rapping. Yoochun loves his family to the point where he let his mother have the master bedroom for her, and would treat his brother like a father at times when his brother needed him the most. (Yoohwan even cried about his relationship with Yoochun / father at some point).
[Conflicted between the two]: Yet there is pain of doubt within my heart because me being a logical/realistic type of person conflicts with my emotions. Even if Yoochun is an idol and had that 'perfect' image on camera it doesn't mean that's fully him. There is another side of him we do not see. We do not see what's behind the camera. He is still a human being with desires, needs, lust, greed, gluttony, and mistakes. I cannot say of who he is or what he does. And the fact that no matter the outcome of guilty or not guilty, it's the image that fans or people foreseek Yoochun. Even if he is claimed not guilty, people will perceive the idea that he got company power to support him, or the fact he had done this things in the first place.
[Outcome]: Just wait and see...
REACTION TO OTHER FANDOM'S TOWARDS CASSIE:
Why do you have to accuse the whole fandom's craziness because group of people had done doof. I mean yes our fandom may not be perfect, but don't accuse all the on Cassie! Did you know Cassie are group of people that are young to old? That they are international fans that stay in the background and support them quietly? That some of the Cassies who have grown up getting jobs, getting married, having a family, and still supporting their favorite group? Why you do you have to bash the whole fandom when it's just the minority who caused trouble? It already hurts majority of the group who are trying to support BOTH JYJ AND TVXQ while other STANS hurting them. The fandom is already breaking, why you gotta stab some more. You should be ashamed of yourselves because you aren't going through that process right now. Just imagine if your group broke up into two groups, and suddenly there are STANS. Yeah that's right, start smacking. Jesus. Get out of my face.
