So some how my apple account was charged for a free app that I had for maybe 10 minutes and now I can't do on my account for any of my apps. I've been on hold with apple support for 20 minutes. Apparently they refuse to unfreeze my account Someone kill me. I have school tomorrow and very low patience levels

Have you asked to speak to a manager or anyone in an higher position?
I had a problem with my account and was on the phone with customer support for a good hour until I was transferred over to the manager. Problem was fixed in 5 minutes.
