Though he has no recollection of who he was before the crash he rose from the wreckage like lazarus and his instincts kicked in. There was no safety in groups, only the chance that someone might turn on him or corner him or slow him down and get him killed. So, he went rogue. Perhaps one day he will find a clan worthy of him and willing to overlook his obstinance but until that day he relies only on himself.
