What you'd like in an apprentice: Someone who can be noisy, and crazy at the right time. Someone who can improve like a lot. Someone who is determined to learn straight forwardly. Lastly, someone who is disciplined. 

Why should a rookie request you as a mentor? It's up to them really. I just like taking the rookies to improve in a tiny progress, not pushing them into their limit at a whole rush. I'm quiet strict and too shy to interact, but when it comes to music. Bring it on. 

To you, what is the bond between a mentor and apprentice? It's more like a family-helping type. I can be your appa, hyung/oppa, chingu or whatever you like. Even Eomma if you want. It's because of the help and trust that the two will give for both of them to be succesful.
