Although stubborn and ignorant, Insoo is one of the most heavily trained vampires within his group. With electricity glazing over the tips of his fingers and being able to manipulate water so it cuts through metal, the vampire's mere form is a weapon itself. Delicately crafted and cherished within the hearts of his parents, Oh Insoo is, a dangerously beautiful form of art.
Although he's seems to be a reasonable and level-headed person, he's also remissful and rebellious. You can catch him walking in the dead of night with bright, lilac, eyes shimmering under the moonlight, not giving an ounce of care for anyone who sees. Reckless, indeed. Does he care? No.
