There's no knowing where Moonbin's parents are. All he was ever told from the beginning that his parents had dropped him off in a swaddle by the entrace of an orphanage known to take care of half kittens and half humans like himself. He has lived there until the age of 18 when he's finally old enough to live by himself in the city and is working currently as a daycare teacher of a local daycare just down the street in one of the safest neighborhoods. He's a teacher of Jun, who's the little brother and also a half kitten like himself, of Kevin, his soon to be lover. They were both adopted by Jo Jinho but were let go sadly. Now, the two of them are on their own in this world, living together in a one bedroom apartment and he is still working as a daycare teacher.

He is a very empathetic person and very friendly with little kids. In fact, he is more into children who are lonely and have no one to talk with, or are having a hard time communicating, rather than those who play a lot. He is trusting, kind, and a very warm hearted person once you get to know him. He is also very sensitive so be careful.
