Christian never knew his family. He was left at the doorstep of an orphanage when he was born; his mother was too young to care for a child and his grandmother refused to take care of a freak hybrid, he was a "sin against god".

Growing up in an orphanage was rough for him. He was constantly bullied and picked on. The human kids would often pull his tail and ears; at the time he was unable to hide his kitten features. He would often run away and spend hours in the library watching all kinds of movies. As he got older, Christian started working out more and out grew the other kids. He was finally able to defend himself. But at the age of 15, he was kicked out for fighting one of the human kids. He was referred to as a "wild animal".

Finally able to control his kitten features, he hid them and got a job working at a local cafe. The owner was nice enough to let him sleep in the small apartment just above the cafe. Even though it was the size of a closet, Christian made due. The old man treated Christian like the son he never had, even paying for him to attend school for film production. He was "the golden student".

After film school, Christian got a job as a production assistant intern. Not too long after, he became a full fledged film producer. But he was still hiding his kitten features. The old man caught sight of Christian's ears one night and told him to not be ashamed of who he was. To stand tall and proud. He became the "proud kitten".

Recently, Christian suffered the loss of his caretaker. The old man passed away. His estranged wife took over the cafe and kicked Christian out, stating she had no sympathy for a stray kitten. A co-worker told him about the mansion that accepts kittens and he happily made his way over knowing this would be the one place he could truly be himself.
