Dongwoon was content with his current life. His childhood and school life was great. Normal, but he was happy anyway. as a child, he received a lot of care and love from his parents. his school life went by smoothly, passing grades, no problems with anything or anyone. but it was all because he worked too hard sometimes. trying to get along with everyone, and trying to get the best of everything. he hated losing the most, it seems. his parents were so supportive, and he was happy with all his achievements and was still the nice, loved kid his parents knew as he grew up, eventually moving out to his own place. He loved his job, cooking for hungry people as a chef in a well known restaurant. He was kinda new, but hey, he does his job properly and he was nice to everyone so he received a lot of love from his coworkers in the place. He was happy and contented with everything, going in and out from his work with a smile, everyone thought the smile never went away as he did through everything- getting scolded, being tasked with doing stuff he was most definitely not comfortable with, talking to people who probably hated him. He lived alone, but he enjoyed it, he always enjoyed it, he enjoyed the silence and peace his home provided, sometimes with a few friends coming over. But once he closes his eyes for rest, his smile slowly disappears and becomes replaced with a frown.

Unlike most of the people who used dreamcatchers, Dongwoon lived a nightmare in dreamland. The reason? He was different. Being different was a good thing though, they say it is, right? But not in his case being the child of an angel father and a demon mother. he was the first to be like that, a hybrid that was made from both creatures that were in war for a long time. his existence was to be kept secret from their world, but news spread fast and soon, both races were shrouded with fear. the existence of someone who possesses the characteristics and powers of both angels and demons scared them, who knew what the hybrid could do, for all they know, it could destroy the world they know in a snap, it could be too powerful for the demons themselves to beat, and the angels think that it could be the reason for their kind's extinction.  so in the end, both races seeked for the hybrid and end it's life before it can do who knows what bad things it can. his life was definitely diferent from his other one. everyone seemed to love him back there, but here, everyone seemed to seek for his end. his family constantly moved from one place to another, minimizing contacts with anything or anyone to make sure his identity wasn't found out. he grew up being tired of being a burden to his parents who did everything so one day, he left everything he had, leaving a small letter for his parents to read and settled in a house good enough for him to call home. he didn't move from place to place as his home was hidden deep within A thick forest of black. it was dark, and creatures roamed around so he was satisfied with just that. no one would think of living in a house in that kind of place, right? years later, no one successfully found him and the existence of the angel-demon hybrid became a mere legend. even though he was now believed to be as such, there were still some exceptions here and there as some demons and angels still believed the creature was out there waiting fdr a time to wreak havoc everywhere. now, he still stays in his house within the forest, rarely going out- only when needed, or when he wants to take a stroll with minsoo, a small hydra who has been keeping him company.
