Safe.
That was Yein’s life for the most part. He had parents who made sure that their only pup would not get dragged into the mess of war so whenever trouble started to rise then they would just move further away. It hurt to leave family and packs behind but they had to. News of deaths would reach them and it break their hearts each time but they had to keep moving. No place ever felt like home for Yein because he knew that it would only be a matter of time before they had to pack up and go elsewhere.
By the time things started to settle and they could start to relax for even just a little bit, it was time for Yein to decide just what exactly he wanted to do with his life. It seemed like wolves his age at the time were more interested in doing something that related to their heritage and abilities to control the elements or how to defend themselves the hunter or to just be careful around human in general. He understood and a small part of him wanted to go for what a lot of his peers wanted but deep inside, he knew that it just wasn’t him. Yein wanted to do something that could help him integrate with the humans.
The solution? Art.
It was one of the few things that did not change for him and did not let him down. He had always been interested in cartoon so he decided… why not do that? Dabble into the arts as well as design. The world was changing and technology was becoming more advanced why not contribute to the thriving part of society?
Teaching. It had been an afterthought.
He studied at the old Azreal Prep for a short while before they had to move on and when he heard of the new place, he decided to contribute some of his knowledge as well. He’s sure that not every single one of the younger generation wanted to just fight and someone could have been interested.
He applied. Taught for a demo. He was in.
The rest of our story begins from there.
