facts : he has a tattoo of a dragon on his right shoulder that conceals his powers and lights up every time he uses them. He is known as the collector of abilities due to his ability to use certain powers from those he has killed, the tattoos on his body representing each and every one of them. They all light up in different colors. 

background: Won was born under a normal family, with normal people surrounding him and nothing seemed like trouble. That all changed on his 3rd birthday when he learned he was going to be given up for adoption. The next thing he knew he was part of a new family, but not just any family, the royal family under the dragon branch, where he was to be raised and taught their ways. As he grew older, he couldn't help but feel as though he didn't belong as every kid his age began to recieve their powers and his never came. At the age of 10 though, in the middle of his birthday party, his powers came to life, burning down the building and killing a  young woman who had taken care of him from the very beginning (earning his very first tattoo giving him the power of teleportation). After that Won swore to not use his powers so he decided to conceal them in a seal which now marks his  right shoulder in a form of a dragon, Over time he has managed to control his powers , though to him, it would be better if those powers vanished and never came back. After the incident he moved away, ending up in this city where he now lives a life of partying and sleeping around without any responsibilities.

Personality: Won is usually quiet (slightly introverted) but easy to get along with. Though he is really calm and down to earth about most things, he can be a flirt and also get easily annoyed when he doesn't get what he wants or someone messes around with what is his. Though he is royalty, he doesn't fit in to what others expect from him, always making his own rules and breaking them once he becomes bored with everything. Doing the same thing over and over, day after day isn't for him.

Another side of him: Only those who he really feels like they are worth his attention will get to see him be himself and get to see his romantic and silly side.
 

Love: He doesn't belive in love, and thinks its only a feeling made up in a person's mind therefore he sees it as something he can definitely live without. yet, though he always reminds himself of this, deep down he hopes to find the right one when the time comes (very unlikely tbh).
