[] Her family comes from a long line of Fire benders and in the last few generations, the family line has splintered into various directions. Many of Boa's cousins have married out of their lineage, now more and more familiar with the concept of "love marriage" as the idea of "arranged marriage" or marrying into the element seemed old-timey, and outdated. She hasn't yet decided what she wants for her future - marriage, kids, to continue her job... Her hands currently are full working for a family friend's training business; it's well paying and she gets the chance to spar daily, hone her skills and help others improve. It's taught her so much about herself, and she grew so fast from the immature girl she once was. Her job comes first and foremost: the long hours zap her of her energy and days off usually are spent getting groceries or cleaning the house or getting laundry done. It makes her curious how life in the old world would have been, being a fire bender.
