about me
Born and raised in Shandong, China, Qian grew up as a moderately wealthy city girl as an only child of hardworking business owners. More often than not will you find her helping out at her father's company, assisting in paperwork which held no particular significance to her career of choice. Though maintaining a strong familial bond with those she loves, it's quite disappointing to say that she wanted to break away from the expectation put upon her since birth. Granted, the girl saw that being chairman to a large company is an immense opportunity, but somehow her heart fell elsewhere.
If it weren't for the dance lessons her parents had forced her to participate in since she was a child, she might have not been so passionate for the art. Eighteen years of dancing nonstop has led her to pursue a career in which she does it professionally, all while spreading the passion to those who seek instruction.
Though exerting much effort to convince her parents that their beloved daughter is independent enough to fend for herself, their reluctance was enough to show their lack of support for her dreams. Being a choreographer did not make nearly as much money as their various hotel chains, but then again, wealth never really mattered to her; admittedly an ideology in which brought shame upon her parents. All which lead to her making the decision of packing her bags to earn a bachelor's in Performing Arts in Seoul, South Korea.
Four years later, the female could only dream of living the reality she currently experiences. Currently, she works as a choreographer for several celebrities, sometimes being recognized for her pieces and sheer hard work.
When she's not busy, however, most would be able to find her Running around the block at five-o'clock in the morning, in the cafe, park, bar, or at home in the comfort of her own bed. Qian generally treasures sleep more than anything in the world, so if one were to lose contact with her for well over two days, she's most likely hibernating for the time being. That being said, if she is spotted strolling around food and ice cream vendors at around two in the morning, feel free to Feel sorry for her knowing that her nutty boyfriend dragged her out of her bed for god-knows-what.
Personality
While maintaining a reserved image, the female is not at all someone easily described as shy and timid. Although appearing introverted due to her lack of communication, Qian is generally perceived as an outspoken girl when given the opportunity to be. Fighting for her beliefs is a trait she is not at all shameful of, often finding comfort in seeking justice for those deserving. Witty and blunt, Quian speaks with a silver tongue, therefore intimidating those who are not at all accustomed to rash commentary. If she does become fond of someone, however, she expresses compassion reflecting that of a mother's, more often than not looking out for the well-being of others. She's overall a stubborn woman, as her decisions are based solely on her own thought processes and not anyone else's, even if they hold a special place in her heart. Victoria remains humble, often disregarding her title as a wealthy business child and recognizable choreographer.

❝Who would have thought that a simple conversation online could lead to this? From being apart for over 2,000 KM to just a few inches in the comfortable bed we share at night. I couldn't ask for better, because I honestly don't think I would be able to find one.❞

ooc guidelines
one: Most people tolerate anything over one liners. If you like to do at least two lines and usually keep that as your minimum and maximum, click out. I'd rather be blunt than sugarcoat. I don't tolerate anything under eight lines. Quality over quantity is a very agreeable statement, but in my opinion, quantity usually means quality when it comes to replies and starters. If you do not exceed these expectations, I will blatantly ask you to repost or I will not reply at all.
two: I do not do the "you ask, you start" bull. In most cases, it's better to write off the starter if you are not the approacher. I dislike it when people write starters along the lines of "muse a bumped into muse b". It's simply corny and I would prefer to stray from that.
three: Always come to me with a plot ready or be prepared to brainstorm. I'm assuming you already have a profile up with your personality and background, so I will most likely read it before asking for details regarding how our characters will interact. I expect you to give me the same courtesy. That being said, I do not bull plots. Winging is simply meaningless and lacks muse. More often than not is it aimless, and I prefer to plot in the beginning, along with several questions along the way to guide the near future. at the moment, i'm open to winging. I don't have any plots in mind, but if I do, the crossed-out rules might come back. If you want to wing, we still have to consult one another in terms of how they'll meet.
four: If I do not respond right away, that means I have lost muse temporarily. However, if I have not replied within a week, that indicates I have dropped the plot completely, thus making it void in my character's story. That being said, do not poke me. I know who I roleplay with, I never forget.
five: Romance and plots are absolutely prohibited. Victoria is a taken woman. I do not do fluff plots very often (though I am open to them), but I do enjoy angst. Drama is also out of my comfort zone, I'd rather not be caught up in petty drama.
six: Expect lengthy replies and starters from me, as well as a long delay. If you read rules one and four, you'll know why. I'm just reiterating. While I'm at it, I generally mirror or lengthen my replies. I expect you to do the same. In other words, try to mirror me as I do you.
eight: I'm Mary, by the way. No need to refer me by my muse's name.
nine: Take this information with discretion. Though I am a very strict and selective roleplayer, I do like to think I'm a friendly person. If you'd like to talk rather than plot, simply @ me in the chatroom or send me a friendly pm.

❝Oh- what’s that?
Rainbow Oh- What’s
it called--
Put it up a little bit,
the music-- Red,
yellow, green,
blue, purple’s scents
What is this
floating glitter in
my eye?❞
