Kwon Jiyong is Haneul's half brother from his father. Quite opposite of being born with a sliver spoon in his mouth, Jiyong had to serve and work under the Kang's.. on the same pack but when Haneul found out about this, it enraged him as he couldn't accept the infidelity his father comitted, causing for her mom to die of a broken heart. This led to Jiyong's banishment from their pack. Jiyong led an independent life, although their father had a few ways of reaching out to Jiyong without either of the sons knowing. Through this tough life, he had grown familiar with the usual anger, sadness, hopelessness life offered but despite those- he managed to pull out a wide grin and entertain and gain people beside him using his quirky antics and trivial jokes. He never bore any ill-will against his half brother knowing and keeping in mind they were just both victims.

Jiyong had an eye for different body modification whether by inks or peircing and he specially liked inks. Being brought in to the Vesi, he went on to apply in a small tattoo parlour and made a living there. He also likes listening to r'n'b/chill songs while floating somewhere that has water. He has low alcohol tolerance and has sweet tooth. Astraphobic, and hates anything that slithers or crawls.
