Minghao was considered a genius since the day he was born. His parents were reluctant at first to allow him to skip grades, worried that he'd face the harsh bullying from the older kids, however, after much begging, his parents allowed him to move up. Though, once he got accustomed to the school he was enrolled in, the same issue began to arise. Everything was too damn easy and he began to stop trying. Even when he didn't study, he passed his classes with high marks and he enrolled into college years ahead of what was average.

Due to the constant skipping around, he had no friends in his age group and he became bitter towards people. Instead of accepting his rapid progression, they instead took out their jealous anger on him. In college, he picked up a degree in biochemical engineering and a minor in commuinications. later, he picked up an interest in psychology, taking classes in the subject over the summer. 

Sitting alone in his apartment one day, he received an email from his parents. they were worried about his reclusive lifestyle and encouraged him to make friends. THe flyer was an application for a job as a councellor for a winter cabin field trip. 

Bored and tired of being lonely, he applied for the job. meeting the proper requirements, he was accepted into the program. 

Rather jaded and introverted, he has trouble working around not just the other councellors but the campers as well. However, his indifference outweighs the trouble that his personality may cause and he finds that the work doesn't ask much of him. In an attempt to correct where he lacks socially, he tries his best to connect with the campers and help them when they're in need. However, if an issue arises that seems unimportant to make a big deal of, he has no problem speaking his mind. beneath his Sharp tongue and cold exterior, he is actually rather shy and cautious. When he likes something, he puts all his efforts into it and when He likes someone, he'll take care and spoil them.He may seem like he doesn't care at first, but the field trip is very important to him for not only opening doors to him socially, but to finally make the friends he was never able to have.
