about me
minkyung was born on the 29th of july 2000. she comes from a common family along with a younger brother named minseok. throughout her life, she's always had a passion for singing, showing it at the tender age of 7 years old. the first time she stood on stage in front of a large crowd, singing her heart out and listening to their cheers, she decided to become an idol.
her family supports her on this, especially her younger brother. minkyung can definitely say that minseok is her number 1 fan. which is why even though it meant that minkyung has to stay away from them from a while, they still supported her on her decision to join the auditions. at the age of 14, she's already been training at sidelp. she became quickly known in her entertainment as the girl with the angelic voice.
her voice is gentle and delicate, yet still powerful. she can easily hit the tender high notes that most will struggle with.
minkyung has a calm demeanor, but she still possesses a playful nature. she loves to talk and laugh. it's hard to catch her sad and not in the mood, as she quickly becomes positive enough to push all the negative thoughts at the back of her mind.
she is very friendly as well, easily warms up to others and create a friendly relationship with them. she's considerate of her friends, and she tries to be there for them when they need her. she won't hesitate to help someone in need, even if it meant endangering herself.
often times she keeps her thoughts and problems to herself, fearing that she might burden someone else if she decides to share them. she bottles them all up deep inside her, careful not to let even one slip out of . the reason she does this is because she easily cries when she's honest with her feelings, and she hates how easily she does.
she believes that all her worries and issues with herself are small enough that she'll be able to handle them herself, but that clearly isn't the case. when she bottles up too much emotions inside her, she'll snap. this hasn't happened yet.
