born in thailand to a family deeply connected to its government, lalisa grew up under strict supervision from her parents, though the public doesn't know this. her father had an image to protect, so that the public would love him. her actions controlled and watched not just by her family but most likely the whole country, she played the 'perfect daughter' for most of her life: being that role student that everyone wanted to be, taking up politics in college just so she'd follow after her father's footsteps. 

 

but one day, she had an epiphany, and she changed her course after that, despite the risk of getting her father angry. the public accepted it quite nicely, seeing her talent for dancing and loving her in general. her father had no choice but to let her stay in performing arts instead of forcing her back to her former course. 

 

she convinced her family to let her go to south korea to study at her second year of studying performing arts, and so she was sent there with heavy hearts, under the promise of her absolute obedience for one thing her father had planned for her. the urge to chase after her dreams was strong, and so even without knowing what that plan was, she accepted.

 

she became a model rather quickly and became one of the best dancers that a lot idolized. to her surprise, she still held the support she had back when she was in thailand, and that had made her feel even more confident. 

 

it was around at that time that she had met a man a few years older than her who preferred to call himself leeteuk. they became partners for a photoshoot, both being models, and they clicked, their chemistry too strong that even the people around them noticed it.

 

when the two of them became official, there were a lot of reaction, both support and disapproval - more so from her own father. he called her one day, telling her, "you're going back here, and you're going to marry someone i'm choosing for you." it was for strengthening family ties, she believed, and she had enough of her father trying to control her. 

 

she and leeteuk had gotten married sometime after that, despite the violent reaction of her parents. her father cut off her cards, told her that she wasn't allowed to go back in thailand unless she was going to become a good daughter.

 

lisa found herself not regretting the decision she had made just yet. 

personality + facts

known as the smiling girl back in high school and until her final years in college (she's too embarrassed to hear that, and always gets flustered whenever a former classmate of hers calls her that), she definitely lives up to the name. she displays a very cheerful and positive personality, almost always filling the air with happiness. she loves to talk and laugh. she seems to have an endless amount of stories to tell, and she doesn't know when she's talking too much. she'll just realize it when the person she's with is quiet the whole time, and she'll apologize, and she'll try to keep quiet, but she'll fail, miserably.

 

despite being 'positive,' lisa is the type to keep her worries and insecurities to herself, having the mindset that she's going to bother others if she speaks of her problems. so she bottles them up, and gradually, once it becomes too much, she breaks down, while trying not to let anyone see this side of hers.

➳ no matter how much she eats, she doesn't gain that much weight. she's made it a goal for herself to at least gain 4 more kg to reach 50kg

➳ when she's bored, she's either on youtube or twitter, or practicing on her dancing
