Hyejin was born in secret. Due to the power both of her parents had, they didn’t want to risk her being found and used against them or worse killed. Due to the power in her blood, Hyejin aged and grew more quickly than the average human. Within the first year, she had grown to look like a 6-year-old and three months later she looked 13. It was at this age that she began her training. Her father trained her in the ways of the Nephilim while her mother trained her in the ways of a witch in her family. She was taught about werewolves to be prepared in case she had it as well, as it was known to skip generations at times. Her parents would often lock her away and she would practice for hours before falling asleep, only to wake up and do it all over again. Three years after she was born, Hyejin, known at the time as Aurora's home was attacked. That day was the day she reached what would have been 18 years old and therefore her full Nephilim powers were unlocked. However, This also unlocked the demon blood within her, along with a thirst she couldn’t understand. She quickly broke out of where she had been locked up and aided her father in protecting their home. Unfortunately, her father was killed in the battle and in despair, Hyejin let instinct take over as she sunk her teeth into one of the warriors, draining him of his blood and effectively killing him. This action triggered her werewolf side and her mother cast a spell to subdue her, knocking her unconscious before relocating them somewhere in the mountains. Upon waking, Hyejin discovered that the demon blood in her caused a vampirism effect when mixed with her werewolf, angel and witch blood. However, she is not a vampire and would take offense to anyone calling her such. As she continued to train and practice, she cast a spell to help her mother live longer, during which she finished teaching her all she could and gave her her father’s sword, as well as her amulet as a way for her to remember them. Hyejin and her mother then cast spells to change their appearance and spent the next hundred years helping different villages. After her mother died, Hyejin started to travel around the world. She has seen kingdom's rise and fall. Governments crumble and be established. She has found people to train her and she has taken on quite a few students herself, always wiping their memory of her when it was her time to leave them and replacing them with false memories. She has very few people she actually trusts and would consider her friends. Those who don’t know her real age say that she is wise beyond her years. She has learned many things after living so long, but her favorite time was when people threw parties. So much so that eventually she started throwing her own parties, and quickly became well known for them. However, she would always wear a mask or veil when attending and was always referred to as “Tigerlily.”
