Subin was born with achromatopsia, which meant that he lacked the perception of color in a subject which only allows him to see in black, white and shades of grey, without any realization that there were more colors than those three. He was abandoned at a rather young age, with his family thinking they couldn’t feed another mouth or afford to care for his needs especially because he had photophobia as well which meant that he was often in discomfort or pain when faced with direct sunlight or any type of light that would make contact with his eyes. The netherland dwarf bunny hybrid was then taken in by a elderly grandmother who felt pity for the tiny thing that could barely brave the streets and survive, so she raised him and tended to him as best as she could until her death. Which is when he had to live out on the streets again, living off of scraps which led to several violent outbursts and whoever would allow him in for one night before he was collared abruptly and sent to the store in the hopes that he wouldn’t harm anybody or himself anymore.

Subin is usually a timid and shy person, hiding behind large sweaters or anything else he can find. Upon gaining his trust, he’s very bright and affectionate yet he isn’t much of a talker because he’s still trying to understand the world, and hates the subject of colors, especially because he has never seen anything other than dark shades in his life. His soft and sweet appearance is usually how he is most of the time but don’t underestimate him because he’s prone to lashing out or biting when feeling threatened and defensive.
