Kim jungwoo was first adopted when he was at the age of 6, his owner, a career man which was in his 40s was a nice and loving person. Jungwoo was treated like a family by the man and his wife. After 12 years of living in the loving family, Unfortunately, his owner and the wife died in a horrendous car accident. Jungwoo fall into a depression short after, grieving over the lost of his beloved owner. Soon, he is given to the owner's son, but the son despise him, blaming him on the death of his parents. He was abused, both mentally and physically, he barely had enough food to eat, bruises decorated his whole body after staying with the man for a week. One day, his owner come home in a drunken state. With a hatred look on his face, he grab the lighter with his left hand whilst holding onto jungwoo (who was in his pup state) in his right hand before burning jungwoo's left ears. Jungwoo whined and scream whilst the owner laugh at his misery. Deciding he wanted to escape the cruel place, jungwoo bite and scratches his owners hand before successfully escaping away from his owner and away from the awful place.
