Sunlight peered through the glass panes of his bedroom window. His eyelids crinkled up as he turned to face the other side of his room. Silken sheets encompassed his frame, wrapping him in a gentle warmth. His head throbbed, but he dismissed it as an after-effect of the night before. He had the tendency to lose himself in his drink and pay for it the morning after. Extending his arms, he emitted a prolonged yawn, hands reaching up for the canopy above. His hands came down to glide through his hair, lithe digits trailing down to his neck where a minute bump rested. Perhaps he had a rendezvous with a little minx and had been so intoxicated that he had completely forgotten about it. however, as soon as he attempted to stand up, he fell to the ground and gathered the attention of his mother who heard the clatter from downstairs. 

that was the day he died. 

he was another countless victim of the bubonic plague. He felt like he was cheated out of life. he had so much left to do and to see, but he fell victim to a silly plague. it was ridiculous. death was not as pretty as it was usually romaniticized to be. sure, there was the bright light, but it was just the entrance into heaven. he was almost immediately cast out from heaven. he wanted more. he didn't want to be stuck in a so-called paradise. he knew that the world was ever-evolving and he wanted to learn more about it. he wanted to see it flourish, but didn't want the humans to outsmart him. 

perhaps he felt he needed a purpose, but he tried to monitor human progress at every turn. he provoked wars, censored literature left and right, and ensured that knowledge was his and his only.

Sehun is an enigma. They say that with old comes wisdom. Perhaps that's true, but with that wisdom comes regrets. Sehun is sure of what he wants and where he stands. He has his purpose and he aims to fulfill it to the best of his ability. He is intolerable of stupidity. Don't get too attachged. He's here for business.
