minpha, half-russian half-japanese, is the only son of a very ambitious couple. he has always been under tremendous pressure to perform. he went from one private boarding school to the next, until his parents decided to send him here. why? who knows. his family remains in st. petersburg, which he left at age 5. minpha maintains a ridiculous gpa of 99%, but still gets yelled at for missing the final 1%. some teachers have said he's made for the academic world, but minpha is on a one-way trip to a burnout. nothing he does is because he likes it. all his courses and the clubs he's in are decided by his parents. he's drowning.

that being said, minpha isn't just a sad victim. he can be quite nasty. he is very competitive and a very sore loser. minpha always needs to be nr. 1 or he goes insane.

minpha styles his hair every morning and sometimes wears the girls' school uniform. most of his casual wardrobe consists of female clothing. so what does that make him? trans? genderfluid? a cross-dresser? minpha doesn't know and he doesn't care.
