created on the first death that occured on earth, he was the very first creations of death himself. brought into the world, possessing no emotions at all. his only job was to collect souls and nothing more, later on after a few thousands years, wonwoo was thrown into the underworld and was now under hades' supervision. the god of the underworld didn't liked him at all, he was an old world reaper, one of the very first ones to be created, he wasn't like any other reaper that hades was handling. compared to the other reapers, wonwoo can't be wiped out from existence. he can't be killed, even his creator, death, can't get rid off him if he wishes to. he'll be roaming around the earth for an eternity. for being the eldest of the reapers, he was entitled "death" in the underworld but he wasn't death himself since he merely collects souls and doesn't bring death to anyone he encounters.
whenever he collect a soul, he feels the emotions of them as well as know how did they live and what did they do in their lives. his memories are rather excellent, it doesn't fade away not even time can fade them out from his mind. if you think this is something great and an advantage, then the one who possess it doesn't thinks so.
