 The brain that he eats affect his personality and traits. He eats a germaphobe brain he will suddenly become afraid of germs and will always bring a sanitizer with him. Because of this Jay is afraid to eat just any brain well for his safety and for the others as well. He doesn't eat just any brain without asking where it came from or who is the owner of it.
