ariana grande, born and raised in los angeles, california, moved to seoul korea half way through her high school career. it was because of her mother's new job, or something like that. she didn't complain much about it, considering that her boyfriend would also be moving to the same city. though.... 
ariana was always a top student, it normally showed. even though, she wasn't recognized for it at home. her home life was troubled, as she was. tan skin battered beneath clothes, normally blamed on tumbles from her distraction: figure skating. only one person knew about her home life, and only one person will continue to know about her home life. she didn't let it trouble her at school, she'd moved into the dorms anyway. 
ariana is a really motivated girl, normally, but she's got her days where she isn't really motivated. as does everyone. she's excited, adventurous... wants to live her life to the fullest.
