Minsung can shift in and out of merman form whenever he pleases. He can only communicate through touch. When he touches someone they can see and listen to his thoughts and he can do the exact same to the person. Lastly he can go invisible but not for long yet.
About
The merman wasn’t always evil. He used to be the sweetest creature in the sea. Until he changed himself for a human, even though he would never admit it, His heart grew cold when he changed just to be used. Now Minsung is consumed with greed, lust and wrath and he is in no way thinking about reconsidering his actions.

I only do 1st point of view. Sorry not sorry. So far for now i don’t have a life so i will be replying quickly. I rather do dark and crazy plots over fluff and winging it anyday. Winging is not for me so please don’t ask me to because i need a plot or i am going to be hella awkward. I add comedy and vulgar words occasionally to my replies so don’t mind that please. I will let you know if i will me away for a while and not able to reply and i expect that to my roleplay partners too. I’m a chill person so don’t me intimidated please.

You most likely have heard this story before, about a merman letting the idea of walking with humans go so far that he sold his voice for the chance to do just that. What if i told you that story was true? That i was that merman? You’d assume i would be like Arial and find a silly human to help break the spell. Well i am not that. Just because i do not have a voice does not mean i can’t communicate with you. Trust me it is in one of the best ways. The slightest skin to skin contact is all it takes for me to get my point across. I am staying on land es i don’t have to be in a bubble of innocence anymore and i’m going to take it in as much as i can.
