Nam Joohyuk grew up in Magnolia Springs, and it was the way he liked it. His mum was a conjurer of spells and his dad was just a visitor in town. One thing led to another and the two of them had a beautiful baby boy. His dad opened up their bookstore and it was a happily every after. Joohyuk grew up loved and cared for, with doting parents and tons of friends. And to this day, he has never had a single complaint about his upbringing nor his way of life. Perhaps the only mistake he regrets, more so for himself than anyone else, happened that one fateful 16th birthday. She light up the room, and he gravitated towards her. One things he didn't realise until later was that how many other moths flock to the flame... And how much the flame burns when you get too close. So his heart was broken. And he still can't seem to piece it back together. Joohyuk is an easygoing guy, and doesn't take too much seriously. In his own words, he 'can take a joke'. He likes to think of himself as outgoing and friendly. As well as likable, kind hearted, a book worm and fairly dependable. Though he isn't as open about his downfalls, he knows for a fact that little run in with love has made him possessive. And pretty skeptic about love even existing. That did earn him a title for being a player around town, but he couldn't care less. One thing he still hasn't quite decided on is who would be compatible with him. He's flexible and that reflects in his choices for a partner. As long as they're good hearted, as playful as he is and they catch his attention: anyone is his type. Of course, he would prefer someone on the submissive side and most definitely someone he can trust again, he'd rather not live being so proprietorial for the rest of his life.
