Nancy used to be an ordinary fox in a discreet kitsune village together with her parents and an older brother. Thanks to a positive household, she grew up an optimist as a child. Which later led her to being deceived and kidnapped to no return.
similar to any other days, nancy will be out and about in the fields with her close friend when a demon suddenly came up to them disguised as another kitsune. Unlike the oblivious 8 year old nancy, her friend was aware that the "kitsune" is planning to kidnap them and quickly figured the way out. He told the "kitsune" that he will bring his other friends to swap with if they were to be spared, using nancy to prove his point by telling her to stay until he comes back and save the both of them. That was when she saw him for the very last time.
